How long does it take for my gown to be handmade?
Each of our gowns is ethically handmade to order. We typically require a lead time of 6 to 9 months, though we do offer a selection of 'Ready to Wear' gowns for brides with shorter timelines.
What is the difference between a 'Ready to Wear' and a 'Made to Order' gown?
Made to Order gowns are crafted based on your specific size category and height, then produced over several months. Ready to Wear gowns are pre-made in standard sizes and are available for immediate shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury gowns and accessories worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return my gown if it doesn't fit?
As our Made to Order gowns are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable. For Ready to Wear items, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in original, unworn condition.
