Please note that due to the artisanal, made-to-order nature of our wedding gowns, these items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Review Policy
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack & Ship
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to send your parcel back to our distribution center.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
